After successfully covering all 50 states of the United States, the engaging Hippo now extends its educational offerings to introduce learners to 60 world countries across six continents, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Accompanying the knowledge transfer are eight interactive games designed to enhance the learning experience.

The Hippo's instructional approach begins with a musical introduction featuring the background music of each national anthem.

  • Maps of 60 countries.
  • Flags of 60 countries.
  • Seals of 60 countries.
  • Capital cities of 60 countries.
  • Full names and abbreviations of 60 countries.

Following this foundational knowledge, learners engage in an exploration of eight entertaining games. Each game focuses on individual countries, with seven different activities for each nation before it is fully illuminated:

  1. Flag Jigsaw Puzzles: Assemble pieces to reveal the flags of 60 countries.
  2. Seal Slide Puzzles: Move adjacent pieces to correctly complete the puzzles representing the seals of 60 nations.
  3. Spell Name: Navigate through letters to correctly spell the names of each country while learning their proper pronunciation.
  4. Spell Abbreviation: Arrange letters to spell out country abbreviations.
  5. Map It: Drag and place each country on the appropriate location on a world map.
  6. Choose Capital: Identify the capital city corresponding to each country with assistance from the Hippo.
  7. Nothing to Do with the Country: Determine which image—seal, flag, or capital—does not belong to a specific country.

Additionally, an extra regional game enhances learning:

  1. Match All: Match various images, including country flags, seals, and quarter coins.

The Hippo is committed to supporting learners throughout these eight engaging games, offering helpful advice along the way. Customization options are available through the settings menu, allowing users to tailor their experience by disabling assistance as desired.
